I was at Victory lane today and Eddie Mac is busy as a beaver getting ready. Most every thing is done and he is very excited about all of this. So everyone come on out and lets have a good time ( by the way he rearranged everything and was able to leave the piano)

Thats good to hear. Eddie without a piano-thats just not right. It sounds like we are going to have more than enough room so lets see everyone there and have a good time. Watch out minman94 I am racing the trucks too.

I will agree. I think it turn out great and Mac did a great job and we need to thank him. The racing was close and fun. To me we had more than enough space and with the campers and set ups outside made it more comfortable. Great job by board members that were there Bart,Mike,Eddie and Rick L.(great looking car Rick). I am glad to see you set your goals high Eddie but you do have to make them reachable. L.O.L

I was really looking forward to this race and had to work at the last minute. Had a truck to finish an engine job in that had to be done by Sat morn. I was on schedule to make it and we got the wrong intake gaskets Thurs. That really sucks! I have heard this is a great oval, and that is what I am best at. I am going to go down there for some kind of race just so I can support Eddiemac and thank him for hosting. Congrats to everyone! Work sucks!!!!!!!!!

Congrats to Eddie Mac. The nicest guys I know in slot car racing. It goes to show where the goal is a good time, a good time can be had all. There was never a doubt that he would welcome ALL racers with open arms and make sure they had a good time despite everything else. When I grow up I wanna be like Eddie Mac LOL

Just want ya'll to know we had blast again at Macs. We ran the skeeter.First time I have run one and ran them with everyone running same gear-10-37, motors yellow 36d(without touching them),same tire size and had small coupe hardbodies. Half way through the race only one lap separated 1st through 5th. This type of racing puts it in the drivers hands,Joey took me out and I was behind him. He double clicked his controller on the straight and his car wiggled and I drove over his back tire. Good move and funny. Lots of fun and laughs. But I got the last laugh,I won, Bill ran hard to take second from Coach at the last minute. Lap times were all the same I turned a 3.70, Coach turned 3.72,Charley a 3.73,Bill I believe had 3.73 and all tap times were close. Thanks to Eddie Mac.

Man...Russell, you couldn't have said it any better. I've been racing since the '60's and I can honestly say that was, without a doubt, the best time I have had. NO pressure, except for wondering who was going to "nerf" me off, and when, it was GREAT. It was also nice to not have to worry about who had been "tinkering" with the motors. I would like to add one thing though. I brought my two little ones, ages 6 and 5, and they also had a blast. It was like every adult in the store turned into their granddad. Yes the kids were a little restless, but no one seemed to mind. Everyone was more envolved in the race. I hope this is a monthly race. They should figure out a way to add it to the serries. Thank you Eddie Mc. Just my thoughts.

Knox you are on the wrong page,Acworth is five clicks up. Mr.Mac gave me that motor so it was not "tinkered" with. I am just that good. HAHA. ;D
Dang Charley how old do you think we are--(it was like every adult turned into their granddad) I am just glad to see the tracks getting kids involved in the sport. It is fun listening to the kids laugh and have a good time.
This Sat. will be the fcr hardbody NASCAR with sealed deathstars with what ever tire as long as it techs.

Russell I wouldn't have know how to reseal those motors if you hadn't told us where to buy that roll of death Star seal tape. But I didn't have to have new tape like you do; because I don't know how to open up those motors and put them back together, Last time I tried the end bell came off. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Super glue will break down when it gets hot. HUH imagine that.

We interrupt this program for an important announcement!
Sorry to interrupt, but I need to get a hold of Bill. I have had his stickers ready for him for about a week but lost his contact info. So if anyone at Victory Lane can tell him to give Keith a call, I'd really appreciate it.
we now return you to your previously scheduled programming...
