General Rules
All restricted parts must be a stock item with Eagle Distributing and be readily available from the manufacturers throughout the year. Parts from offshore sources are not legal unless carried regularly by Eagle. Parts made specially for one racer or a group of racers that are not available to the general population of racers are not legal.
No ball bearings are allowed.
No modifications may be made to any manufactured part except where specified in the individual class specifications.
Cars must use a single guide flag.
The overall width of the car must not exceed 3.25”.
Front wheels must be those made specifically for scale racing. No wing car stamped tire thingies allowed with the exception of GT-12 class. Front tires must have a metal or molded plastic hub and a rubber tire.
4-1/2” Nascar must use a scale appearing black front tire of the following minimum dimensions: .675” diameter and .400” wide.
Drivers are responsible for keeping their cars legal at all stages of a race.
Body Rules
The following are the only legal bodies for the National race
4” NASCAR
All Parma, JK and Kelly bodies are legal Outisight bodies will be legal if a sufficient quantity is made available to the raceway prior to the NATS.
1/8” front and rear bumpers required
4-1/2” NASCAR
All Parma, JK, Kelly and Outisight bodies are legal.
1/4” front and rear bumpers required
GT-1
All Parma, JK and Kelly bodies are legal
Outisight : Porsche, Mercedes, BMW and Ferrari 333 are legal.
GTP and GT-12
All Parma, JK and Kelly bodies are legal
Outisight : Bentley, Mercedes and Caddy
All classes with enclosed thingypits are required to have a colored 3-D interior.
All classes with open thingypits must have a colored 3-D driver figure.
All bodies must be opaque when viewed from above on the tech block.
All bodies must display 3 race numbers of appropriate size and location for their class.
Chassis Rules
4” classes must run a stamped steel chassis.
4-1/2” classes must run a stamped steel chassis.
May use aluminum pans.
All classes must use either a 3/32” or 1/8” diameter rear axle.
All classes must use either 48 pitch or 64 pitch gearing.
Ground clearance will be .0625” under the rear of the chassis and gear.
Rear motor mount on the stamped steel chassis may be modified to allow for proper motor mounting and gear clearance but a portion of the mount must be retained.
Pin tubes may be added by soldering to the chassis to facilitate body mounting.
Motor Rules
4” NASCAR
16D or 16C motor may be used.

4.5” NASCAR
Same specifications as 4” NASCAR
GT-1
Contender class motor only may be used.
