GFCRCS will be hosting it's series this weekend in Acworth Ga 4/3/10
Noted changes for this weekends event- 4" JK Dirt Late Model Body.
Cartersville event brought some exciting racing, close times and finishing results as close as one car rolling past first to win after the power was shut off. Qualifying was as close as 3 tenths out of 6 racers. Great all around racing.
We are looking forward to another great weekend of racing, fellowship and competition. We hope to see you there....
Track Opens: 7:30
4" Motor Hand Out: 8:15 Tech In 8:45 Qualifying: 9:00
TWIST for this week:
4.5" FCR & 4.5" Flexi Nascar Motors will be handed out @ the same time if you are signing up for both classes.
You will have a chance to pick and choose out of 3 motors to run in the 2nd class of 4.5 FCR Hardbody. The 1 motor (if you didn't buy a extra one) you bought for 4" FCR Dirt Late Model, you then get the motor for 4.5" FCR Hardbody, and you have the chance if you sign up to run the 4.5" Flexi Nascar to get your motor for that class at that time of the sign up for the 4.5" FCR Hardbody. This giving you 3 motors to choose from for the use in the 4.5" FCR Hardbody race. You then have the chance to do the same in the 4.5" Flexi Nascar class.(if you didn't buy extra motors) All motors will be handed back in after 4.5" FCR Hardbody TECH IN ! Then giving back to you for the 4.5" Flexi Nascar for your 45 mins before tech in..
This weeks TWIST is for the sole purpose to allow everyone to be competitive with out the motors being a sole advantage of luck of the motors. This is our way of giving you 3 motors to work with for the last 2 races with out having to buy extra motors unless you so choose to do so.
WE encourage all ideas to making this series competitive as well as cost effective. This series is member supported and your opinions are encouraged.
